Fiddlestix Cafe is a family business, owned and operated by husband and wife team John (Bats) and Samantha Van Houten. Local to the area, they have been serving their community for over a decade.

Before taking over the business, Bats worked as the Fiddlestix chef, serving up the food that has made the restaurant a Hudson Valley staple since it first opened in 2004. Since its formation, Fiddlestix Cafe has become a destination, attracting hungry travelers by the droves from around the country with its down to earth atmosphere, ambitious specials, fresh ingredients and large portions.

Chef Bats utilizes his ever-growing arsenal of tastes with every ingredient, putting a unique spin on breakfast and lunch favorites that have to be tasted to be believed.
